Development of Career (DoC) is a Management Trainee program in PT

potential of young talented people to be ready as our future LEADERS

1. Fresh Graduate or having max. 2 years work experience from Engineering, especially from mechanical, industrial, electrical, chemical engineering, food technology, mathematics and statistics.
2. GPA 3.25
3. Fluent in English (Min. Toefl 450)
4. Willing to be placed anywhere.
5. Active in Organization and/ or participate in national / organizationa competition.
