Should have at least 2-3 years of experience with exposure in variety of HR competency areas such as employee experience, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, etc
A Bachelor's Psychology or related field
Strong relationship-building abilities or interpersonal skills to engage with all level employees
Analytical skills and the ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Experience in project management
Understanding of Indonesia's HR regulation laws and industrial relations is a plus
