- Membuat Schedule Planning Project & Cost Breakdown Project
- Menyusun Spek dan Rencana Anggaran Proyek (Sipil, MEP dan Interior)
- Memimpin kegiatan pelaksanaan proyek sesuai persyaratan mutu, waktu dan RAB
- Memantau proses kegiatan proyek di lapangan dan segera mengambil langkah on-site
- Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul selama proses kegiatan pembangunan proyek interior
- Menjamin persetujuan Berita Acara Progres pekerjaan dan memantau kelancaran proses tagihan sehingga tepat waktu

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other related fields
2. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in managing projects from conception through construction and completion of the architectural project
3. Able to work in a team and making sure that project meets quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals
4. Knowledge of materials and construction
5. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
6. Proactive, fast learner, can work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
