- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Reputable University
- Experience for handling Recruitment from Operator level up to C level in Automotive Industry min. 5 years
- Good understanding for Psychological tools
- Experience for Mass hiring (School and Campus hiring)
- Fluent in English
- Willing to placement at Deltamas, Cikarang
