• Candidate must have bachelor degree in Psychology.
• Understand and familiar with the employee recruitment process.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field (Open for Fresh Graduates).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Enjoy interacting and able to work with team.
• Have a pleasant personality, can work quickly and attention to details, and have an attractive appearance.
• Honest, tenacious and responsible

• Achieving KPI company's targets.
• Carry out the recruitment process flow
• End to end recruitment process (posting job, screening, inviting candidates to attend the interview group, lead Interview group, psychotest score, one-on-one interviews).
