Haquhara is looking for a Research and Development Officer who will be in charge of innovating

new products and brighten us with brand new ideas regarding trends and beauty!

We are looking for someone who has worked in a Research & Development role,

preferably in the beauty industry for at least 1 year. If you consider yourself a beauty enthusiast

(up to date with trends!) and a detail-oriented person, hit us please!

1. Research for trends and benchmark cosmetic products
2. Conduct primary and secondary market research
3. Analyze business opportunities and the variables of valuable products used by professionals for future product development purposes
4. Coordinate with manufacturing partners to identify benchmarks and develop formulas
5. Manage timelines, feedback, and communication with manufacturing partner:
6. Gather professionals feedback for product improvement purposes
7. Quality control of finished and existing goods

The nature of the work is to work with our suppliers, therefore this role requires you

to build a strong relationship which may mean visiting or taking them out to lunches or dinners.
